Stop Subsidizing Terrorists With U.S. Money

CAL THOMAS COMMENTARY NOVEMBER 16, 2017

THERE’S A BILL MOVING THROUGH THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT.

IT’S CALLED THE TAYLOR FORCE ACT. IT WOULD REDUCE U.S. AID TO THE PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY UNTIL IT STOPS PAYING THE SALARIES OF PALESTINIAN TERRORISTS IN ISRAELI JAILS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

THE BILL IS NAMED AFTER U.S. ARMY OFFICER TAYLOR FORCE WHO SERVED IN AFGHANISTAN AND IRAQ. FORCE WAS BRUTALLY MURDERED LAST YEAR BY A PALESTINIAN TERRORIST WHILE HE TOOK A VACATION BREAK.

WHILE IN PRISON, TAYLOR’S KILLER AND MANY OTHER TERRORISTS AND THEIR FAMILIES ARE PAID SALARIES AND RECEIVE BENEFITS AS REWARDS FOR THEIR SERVICE. THE MONTHLY ALLOWANCE FOR PRISONERS INCREASES ACCORDING TO THEIR LENGTH OF SENTENCE -- FROM $364 A MONTH FOR UP TO THREE YEARS IN PRISON TO $3,120 FOR 30 YEARS OR MORE.

SINCE THE OSLO ACCORDS WERE SIGNED IN 1993, OVER 1000 CIVILIANS HAVE BEEN MURDERED BY PALESTINIAN TERRORISTS, INCLUDING 69 AMERICANS AND TWO UNBORN CHILDREN. PAYING THEIR KILLERS AND THEIR FAMILIES IS BEYOND OUTRAGEOUS AND MUST BE STOPPED. CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN. I’M CAL THOMAS.
