CAL THOMAS COMMENTARY FEBRUARY 12, 2024

SOME OF THE WORDS THAT CAN BE USED TO DESCRIBE SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT HUR’S REPORT ON PRESIDENT BIDEN’S MISUSE OF CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS ARE SAD, PATHETIC, DANGEROUS AND THE 25TH AMENDMENT.

HUR INTERVIEWED THE PRESIDENT FOR FIVE HOURS. HE CONCLUDED BIDEN HAD SEVERE MEMORY LOSSES. HE COULDN’T REMEMBER WHEN HE WAS VICE PRESIDENT, OR WITHIN SEVERAL YEARS WHEN HIS SON, BEAU, DIED. HE CLAIMED THE DOCUMENTS HE TOOK AFTER LEAVING THE SENATE AND VICE PRESIDENCY, WERE LEGAL ACTS, WHICH THEY WEREN’T.

HUR SAID HE WOULD BRING NO CHARGES AGAINST THE PRESIDENT BECAUSE HE IS AN ELDERLY MAN WITH MEMORY ISSUES AND A D.C. JURY WOULD BE SYMPATHETIC AND NOT CONVICT HIM.

`THIS SOUNDS WHAT FBI DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY SAID ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON. COMEY SAID, THERE HAD TO BE EVIDENCE THAT MRS. CLINTON INTENTIONALLY TRANSMITTED OR WILLFULLY TRANSMITTED CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. THE FBI FOUND NEITHER AND AS A RESULT “OUR JUDGMENT IS THAT NO RESPONSIBLE PROSECUTOR WOULD BRING SUCH A CASE.” CLINTON DESTROYED THOUSANDS OF DOCUMENTS UNDER SUBPOENA, KEPT PRIVATE SERVERS AT HOME AND EVEN ALLOWED ACCESS TO HER ASSISTANT, HUMA ABEDIN. COMEY TESTIFIED THAT ABEDIN FORWARDED “HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS” OF MESSAGES – SOME OF THEM CLASSIFIED – TO HER HUSBAND ANTHONY WEINER SO HE COULD PRINT THEM.

BIDEN SHOULD GET AN IMMEDIATE COGNITIVE TEST AND IF IT CIONFIRMS WHAT IS OBVIOUS TO ALL, HE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE UNDER THE 25TH AMENDMENT. THE WORLD IS TOO DANGEROUS TO HAVE A PRESIDENT WHO HAS CLEARLY LOST IT. I’M CAL THOMAS.

ADDED BUT NOT AIRED:  (AT A HASTILY CALLED NEWS CONFERENCE BIDEN COULDN’T EVEN FIND THE RIGHT PAGES IN A NOTEBOOK GIVEN TO HIM WITH ANSWERS TO ANTICIPATED QUESTIONS. HE CALLED EGYPTIAN PREIDENT ASSISI THE PRESIDENT OF MEXICO, FLUBBED HIS WORDS, DENOUNCED THE SPECIAL COUNSUL AND CLAIMED HIS MEMORY IS FINE. IT HAD TO DRIVE DEMOCRATS TO MEETING TO DISCUSS HOW DO WE REPLACE THIS GUY.)
